Sambharam

Ingredients

Curd/Yogurt: 1 cup
Water: 1/2 cup
Green Chilli: 2-3
Ginger (chopped): 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves: handful
Salt to taste

Grind all the ingredients together in the mixer until everything blends well. Serve chilled.
